Surface assessment – We inspect tile condition, joint width and identify any loose or damaged tiles to replace first
Old grout removal – Existing grout is carefully raked out to a uniform depth using professional tools
Deep cleaning – Joints and tiles are scrubbed, pressure-washed and treated for mould or efflorescence
Drying period – The area is left to dry completely before new grout application
Grout mixing & colour matching – Premium grout is mixed to manufacturer spec and colour-approved by you
Application & tooling – Grout is worked into every joint, compacted and tooled to a smooth, uniform profile
Initial cleaning – Excess grout is removed from tile faces before it sets
Final polish & seal – After curing, tiles are polished and an optional grout sealer is applied for extra protection
