I came to Cyprus after finding what I believed was my dream property, in what I thought was the perfect location. I wanted to completely refurbish and renew the entire property and turn it into the home I had always envisioned.

Snagging a New-Build Villa Before Handover

How our inspection protected a buyer from accepting an unfinished home.

1. Full walk-through inspection

We inspected the villa room by room before handover and recorded every defect in a numbered, photographed report for the developer.

2. Second visit to check the fixes

We returned after the developer’s repairs to confirm each item on the report had actually been completed properly.

3. We finished what was left

Several unfinished items were still outstanding, so our own team started the work and got everything completed.

The result: a happy client who received the finished home they paid for. Without the snagging report and our follow-up, those unfinished items would have become the owner’s problem after signing.
