KYRENIA (GIRNE), North Cyprus — 20 October 2026 — 365 Build & Design, the Kyrenia-based construction company behind the promise "UK Standards, Cyprus Excellence", today set out its services for homeowners, expats and absentee owners across North Cyprus — from full villa renovations and new builds to swimming pools, interior and exterior painting, jet washing, snagging inspections and year-round property maintenance.

Founded in North Cyprus in 2021 by Huss and James, the company combines nearly 40 years of hands-on UK building experience — which began on London building sites in 1984 — with 15 years of property development across France and Belgium. Its builders are NHBC-certified, and the whole team is fully English-speaking.

Putting right what was not done correctly the first time

A growing share of the company's work is "rescue" construction: finishing or correcting projects that other builders left incomplete or below standard. In 2026, 365 Build & Design was awarded the contract to complete an abandoned development of 32 villas in the Bogaz area, left as concrete shells after the original builder went bankrupt. The company also carries out pre-handover snagging inspections, so buyers of new-build property can have defects identified before they take the keys.

“There are no shortcuts to quality. Whether it is a new pool in Esentepe or a villa another builder walked away from, our clients get the same UK standards we built to in London — and a clear, itemised quotation before any work starts.”

See it before it is built

Homeowners can plan projects online with the company's free design tools: a Pool Designer, a Paint Designer, a Glass Room (Conservatory) Designer and an Exterior Colour Chart, each linked directly to a quote request. A free homeowner guide to communal pool depth in North Cyprus is also available to download.

Covering North Cyprus from Kyrenia

From its base in Kyrenia (Girne), 365 Build & Design works across Esentepe, Tatlısu, Famagusta, Alsancak, Nicosia (Lefkoşa), İskele, Çatalköy and Lapta. The team is available seven days a week, 08:00–19:00, by phone or WhatsApp on +90 542 883 3240 and by email at info@365builddesign.com.
